About

Clay Hebert

My full name is Clayton Bennett Hebert, but you can call me Clay.

My day job is running a strategy consultancy that helps Fortune 500 brands think about digital marketing, storytelling, innovation and tribes.

I’m building Spindows, a new startup that I think will change the world.

From 1999-2009, I spent a decade consulting and marketing for Accenture, creating and delivering innovative solutions for clients in the healthcare industry.

In January 2009, I left corporate America to attend SAMBA, the most selective and unique MBA program in the country, a six month journey working directly with marketing guru Seth Godin and eight other amazing people.  It changed my life.

I’m 36 years old and I live smack in the middle of New York City, the greatest city in the world.

I grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and have lived for stretches in Minneapolis, Boston, Philadelphia, San Diego and now New York.

I do a good bit of public speaking on marketing, innovation, storytelling and social business.

I love sports, especially the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. I co-organize #geekbasketball and #geekfootball, in NYC, so if you’re local and play either of those sports, drop me a line.

I love reading, writing and learning. I’m currently writing my first book.

I enjoy good food, good drink and good coffee, especially with friends and soon-to-be friends.

You can find me on the following social web sites; my username is usually “clayhebert”. I’d love to connect.
